By downloading, installing, or using NOWA ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
NOWA is an atmospheric awareness application that provides real-time weather data, radar imagery, lightning tracking, air quality information, marine conditions, and space weather information sourced from public and third-party data providers.
NOWA aggregates data from NOAA, NWS, NASA, EPA, and other public sources. While we strive for accuracy, weather forecasts and atmospheric data are inherently uncertain. Do not rely solely on NOWA for safety-critical decisions. Always follow official emergency guidance.
NOWA uses your device location to provide localized forecasts and alerts. Location data is used only to fetch relevant weather data and is not stored on our servers beyond what is necessary to deliver notifications. See our Privacy Policy for details.
All content, trademarks, and software within the App are the property of NOWA or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOWA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, injury, or property damage resulting from reliance on App data.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
For questions about these Terms, please contact us through the App's feedback feature.
